Job summary

Weston seeks an Asset Management Analyst to support the department's core activities. You will prepare lease analysis tools, loan compliance packages, and budget reviews for Weston properties while assisting with growth strategies to maximize portfolio value.

Responsibilities span asset management, leasing analysis, service provider reviews, and debt calculations. Candidates should have finance acumen and strong Excel/Argus skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or equivalent, or three years related experience.
• MRI software experience.
• Experience with analyzing and communicating key financial information and investment recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and ability to learn specialized real estate software; Argus preferred.
• Knowledge of IRR, DCF, cash on cash returns and break-even analyses.
• Understanding of income/expense statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
• Experience interpreting loan documents and term sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Management in NOI analysis vs budget and prior years.
• Maintain NAV/GAV schedules for properties and assist with investor summaries.
• Prepare financial packages for loan agreements and DSCR calculations.
• Review CAM calculations and 3rd party fee summaries.
• Assist with leasing analysis, LOIs, and market research.
• Collaborate with accounting on distributions and reporting.
