Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Enterprise Services RAD team, guiding analysts in real estate analytics and AI-driven initiatives. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience influencing senior executives through relationship building and interpersonal skills while leading enterprise-level analytics initiatives.
• Proven experience writing SQL queries and working with data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• Proven advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot and Power BI.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI capabilities, tools, and systems.
• Proven solid executive communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Proven independent work ethic, complemented by a collaborative leadership spirit.
• Reside, Local to, or within commuting distance of, the Eden Prairie, MN office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business analysts delivering real estate planning analytics and insights.
• Set the analytics roadmap, priorities, and delivery standards aligned to enterprise real estate strategies.
• Own and support modernization of analytics technology through automation, AI enablement, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate complex business needs into clear real estate strategies and recommendations.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting tools that make real estate data accessible and actionable.
• Engage stakeholders across customers, tech teams, and partners to ensure flawless project execution.
• Drive analytics that optimize workplace portfolio decisions and long-range workforce location forecasting.
