Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in data warehousing, modeling, SQL/Snowflake, and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years delivering AI-enabled solutions and Copilot technologies in an enterprise.
• 3+ years leading technical teams with successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and career development for a team responsible for Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and RAD AI-driven solutions.
• Oversee scalable Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and self-service reporting across the organization.
• Lead business apps, workflows, and process improvements using Power Platform technologies.
• Identify and operationalize AI-powered solutions, including Copilot Studio agents and intelligent workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, define roadmaps, and ensure adoption.
