Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and applying competitive intelligence to support business strategy.
• Experience applying AI and large language models to solve complex business problems.
• Experience presenting technical information to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions for business users.
• Proven excellent collaboration, communication, and change leadership skills.
• Advanced or higher proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret the key drivers of health care trends and network competitive positioning.
• Conduct and evaluate studies on pricing, utilization and health care costs; determine the impact on pricing, guarantees, and health product proposals.
• Collaborate with Healthcare Economics, Consultant Relations, Network, Client Management, and Client Development teams to create actionable insights and reporting.
• Perform mathematical analyses and actuarial modeling to provide management with statistical findings and conclusions.
• Develop and present strategic analyses and recommendations to senior leadership teams.
• Collaborate with external industry business partners and consultants.
• Design and run complex data programs as you perform quantitative analysis of actuarial, financial, utilization, and cost data.
