Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support growth by analyzing data and guiding store location and performance decisions. You will collaborate with real estate, finance, and other teams to provide insights and reporting across a multi-store portfolio.

The role includes leading forecasts and optimization tooling, monthly portfolio reviews, and ad hoc analyses to support forecasting, planning, and portfolio management. A strong data storyteller is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial analysis, real estate analysis or related retail analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, real estate or related field.
• Strong written & verbal communication; data storytelling for different audiences.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL or Power BI; CoStar and GIS knowledge a plus.
• Attention to detail and FP&A terminology understanding.
• Self-motivated with curiosity to improve analysis and the business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support store locations and performance for North America.
• Lead real estate portfolio reporting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare analyses for monthly reviews and new store opportunities.
• Manage pipeline reporting using CoStar and other databases.
• Translate data into storytelling for diverse audiences.
