NorthMark Systems, LLC in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Senior Real Estate Advisor and Business Builder. You bring a proven track record in real estate, wealth management, tax strategy, and lending, and you understand that a close is just the start of a lasting relationship.
You will build a network, manage pipelines with rigor, and connect clients with trusted specialists while maintaining compliance with DRE licensing.
We are a private, stealth-mode Bay Area startup addressing a vast and largely untouched market between real estate, wealth management, tax strategy, lending and the other decisions surrounding consequential property ownership.
We are seeking successful real estate agents who have already built something worth leveraging: a body of work, a trusted network, a reputation and the judgment to understand that the closing is not the end of the relationship. It is evidence that one has begun.
You naturally:
Recognize a client's larger field of need.
Ask unusually good questions and listen carefully to the answers.
Build rapport without performance theater.
Distinguish a promising conversation from a qualified opportunity.
Manage pipelines with rigor, memory and disciplined follow-through.
Connect people, knowledge and trusted specialists without trespassing into work you are not licensed to perform.
Create value before asking for business.
Treat relationships as living assets, not exhausted transactions.
Advanced learning is required. We do not particularly care how you acquired it.
Perhaps you studied architectural history online at Oxford. Became an Associate in Valuation at RICS. Completed executive education in finance at Berkeley. Studied cognitive neuroscience, environmental design, taxation, negotiation or something equally demanding.
The credential is a signal. The cultivated mind is the requirement.
You genuinely love architecture, nature and numbers. You can be a storyteller, leader and teacher - within the same conversation.
You understand pipeline, rapport and the compounding value of trust. You practice self-awareness. You recognize that Positive Affective Presence - the effect your presence has on another person - is not decorative. It is part of professional performance. You are tolerant of ambiguity, curious, empathetic and have a bias for action. You understand that falsehood is cognitive overhead and that the fastest pathway to trust is authenticity and honesty.
Participation in a performance-based Contribution to Enterprise Value bonus program.
A uniquely customized professional-development curriculum.
Access to a carefully developed network of complementary professional services.
A real seat on an innovative, inquisitive and unusually ambitious team.
A California DRE license and demonstrated real-estate success are required. Additional professional licenses, certifications and serious fields of study are strong positive signals. Aspirational high performers are encouraged to apply.
This is not a better version of the conventional real-estate team.
It is an attempt to build what should have existed all along.
If your existing work deserves to become something larger, we should talk.
