Top Stack is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to provide administrative and production support to the Acquisition and Due Diligence team. The Senior Analyst will work closely with team members and may supervise, mentor and train other analysts.

Qualificações
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Advanced real estate financial modeling experience.
- 3+ years experience in similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
Responsabilidades
- Perform financial analysis of prospective acquisitions and development projects
- Prepare investment packages
- Conduct market research
- Present market research to investors
- Provide edits to client investment packages
- Perform analysis on current portfolio
- Mentor and train other analysts
