Our client, a large private equity firm, is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst for its Acquisition/Asset Management Team in Atlanta. The role offers end-to-end deal exposure across Real Estate investments and related opportunities, with emphasis on detailed financial analyses and presentation materials for committees.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in real estate/valuation roles, strong quantitative/communication skills, and experience with ARGUS modeling.

Competenze

• 1+ years experience in Valuations/Asset Management/Investment Banking or related (Private Equity/Real Estate)
• 1+ years Real Estate related experience mandatory
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills, top academic pedigree

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Create detailed financial analyses using Excel and ARGUS to evaluate investments
• Review company financials performance, attribution analysis, and build detailed models
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and research presentations
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing with Senior Management/Board
• Prepare investor communications including financial forecasts and estimates
• Support acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Marketing teams

Our client is a large/well-known Private Equity Firm that invest primarily in Real Estate and Real Estate related investments, currently seeking to add a highly motivated Analyst/Senior Analyst to their growing Acquisition/Asset Management Team. This opportunity is very well suited for a young star who has passion for Real Estate Investing and is looking for end to end deal exposure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting real estate investments/acquisitions team (must possess superior modeling and written and verbal communication skills). This team will touch all Asset Classes (Real Estate) and encompass the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed due diligence on potential strategic growth opportunities
• Create detailed financial analyses utilizing both Microsoft Excel and ARGUS to evaluate prospective and existing investments
• Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
• Prepare investment Committee Research presentation materials
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors
• Prepare investor communications, including but not limited to financial forecasts, reporting and financial estimates
• Support potential acquisition recommendations through statistical analysis
• Work with Compliance, Legal and Marketing Teams
• Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years Valuations/Asset Management/Investment Banking or applicable (Private Equity/Real Estate) experience
• 1+ years of Real Estate related experience mandatory
• Top Academic pedigree
• Advanced Technical Skills; Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• ARGUS Modeling experience required
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
