Top Stack is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst to join its Acquisitions, Development, and Capital Markets team in Wilmington, Delaware. You will source, underwrite, and close commercial real estate transactions while gaining exposure to multiple facets of the business.

The role focuses on building financial models in Excel and Argus, performing due diligence, and preparing memorandums for investors and lenders, with opportunities to advance within a growing platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
