Roch Capital Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant - Real Estate to assist in Real Estate Reporting and Analysis. You will complete journal entries, prepare variance analyses, and ensure related compliance tasks are fulfilled.

The role emphasizes monthly reporting, consolidation of entries, rent calculations, and fixed asset management in a private real estate-focused firm committed to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related accounting experience.
• Tax concentration preferred; CPA/public accounting background preferred but not required.
• GAAP knowledge and strong numerical skills.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly financial reports from third-party property managers.
• Prepare consolidated journal entries.
• Review weekly disbursements and funding requests.
• Prepare profitability and variance analysis reports for management.
• Monitor budget vs. actual reporting for compliance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts.
• Prepare or review straight-line rent calculations.
• Manage fixed asset schedules.
