Job summary

Realberry is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the monthly close for a portfolio of multifamily and land development entities. You will prepare financial statements, maintain cashflow forecasts, and ensure GAAP compliance across internal and external reporting.

Responsibilities include managing fixed assets, reviewing invoices, processing debt service, preparing budgets, and collaborating with our CPA firm on tax returns and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close for assigned entities and explain variances.
• Maintain rolling 60-month cashflow forecasts with input from teams.
• Manage fixed asset records and debt service payments.
• Prepare budgets and support tax return preparation with CPA.
• Support annual audit processes and special process improvements.
