Job summary

Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) System Office in Versailles, KY is hiring a Senior Ready to Work Coordinator (Student Support Specialist III) to oversee caseload management, supervise student workers, and interpret policies within the SO/Provost department.

This grant-funded, 12-month term position offers hybrid scheduling, 37.5 hours weekly, and a competitive benefits package. Travel may be required to support Kentucky Works Program participants and contract monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and four years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Kentucky Works Program participants preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular case reviews and coaching to Ready to Work Coordinators.
• Manage caseload during coordinator absence and support contract monitoring.
• Assist leadership with reporting and other required services.
