Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) seeks a Senior Readiness Cell Analyst to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office in Lexington Park, MD. You will apply deep knowledge of NAMP (COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2D) and maintenance data systems to analyze trends and forecast readiness.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau is required to turn large datasets into actionable insights for maintenance planning. You will collaborate across NAE stakeholders and must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Acquisition, Logistics or related field.
• Ten years of acquisition or operational logistics experience.
• Secret clearance required; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance trends and forecast readiness.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve sustainment and maintenance planning.
• Collaborate with NAVAIR, FRCs and squadron maintenance teams.
