Job summary

NSI, based in Lexington Park, MD, seeks a Senior Readiness Cell Analyst to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. The role requires deep knowledge of NAMP and maintenance data systems, with hands-on analytics using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau to forecast readiness and optimize sustainment.

Qualifications

Extensive Naval Aviation maintenance experience.
Knowledge of NAMP and maintenance systems.
Proficiency with BI tools to analyze data.
Experience with NALCOMIS/DECKPLATE/MDS.
Ability to work self-directed.
Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Analyze maintenance trends and forecast performance.
Use SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau to extract insights.
Support maintenance planning and execution.
Collaborate with NAVAIR PMA-265 and NAEs stakeholders.
Communicate findings to drive mission-critical decisions.
