Job summary

NSI in Lexington Park, MD seeks a Senior Readiness Cell Analyst to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. You will apply NAMP knowledge and maintenance data systems to optimize readiness and sustainment.

Expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau is required to process large aviation datasets, forecast performance, and drive actionable insights for maintenance planning and execution. Strong communication with diverse Naval Aviation Enterprise stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FTE experience in acquisition or operational logistics support and maintenance engineering.
• Four years directing acquisition or logistics managers in comprehensive analysis across IPS elements.
• Secret Clearance is required; U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze maintenance trends and forecast performance to improve readiness.
• Develop actionable insights to support maintenance planning and execution.
• Collaborate with NAVAIR PMAs, FRCs, and squadron maintenance teams to communicate findings.
