Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or closely related field or 5+ years in data analysis, process optimization.
• 3+ years hands-on with Databricks, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with leadership briefing experience.

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze readiness data from aviation maintenance databases to identify trends.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings to guide decision-making.
• Ensure data models reflect naval aviation constraints and operational realities.
