Naval-Systems, Inc. seeks a Readiness Cell Team Lead to guide 2–5 analysts and drive PMA-265 sustainment initiatives from Lexington Park, MD. You will shape analytic requirements, coordinate with the Data Analytics Lead, and ensure timely delivery of readiness insights.
The role requires an MS/MA in a relevant field or a BA plus substantial experience, secret clearance, and a strong background in Naval Aviation maintenance and data analytics. This is a full-time on-site opportunity at NSI.
NSI requires a Readiness Cell Team Lead to provide support to the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office. The Readiness Cell Team Lead will provide PMA-265 leadership with decision making information essential to successfully achieving program sustainment and readiness goals in an effective and cost worthy manner. Provide day-to-day technical direction to 2–5 senior readiness analysts. Develop, maintain, and execute project plans in support of PMA-265 Product Support Team requirements in accordance with F/A-18 Data Analytics Collaboration Plan . Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional tasking with PMA-265 Product Support Team Data Analytics Lead and PMA-265 Leadership. Assign and track daily/weekly analytical tasks, ensuring alignment with Readiness Cell objectives. Ensure transparent communication of readiness gaps, barriers, and recommended actions with PMA-265 Product Support Team Data Analytics Lead and program office leadership. Translate PMA-265 program office personnel needs into analytical requirements and ensure alignment with PMA-265 Reliability Control Board (RCB), sustainment performance monitoring, and readiness optimization processes. Lead the readiness cell in the further translation of these analytic requirements to accomplish the development, product ionization and sustainment of a portfolio of analytic tools that advance PMA-265 sustainment and readiness goals. Provide coaching, training, and professional development guidance to 2–5 readiness cell analysts.

MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Business, Engineering, or Management.
Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
At least ten (10) years’ FTE experience in acquisition or operational logistics support and maintenance engineering. Four (4) years directing acquisition or logistics managers in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the spectrum of IPS elements during a job assignment in or in support of an acquisition command. Four (4) years of DOD logistics support experience to include specific experience in acquisition planning and management including logistics planning, scheduling, execution and support system effectiveness analysis, studies and evaluations in support of DOD weapons systems and equipment. Two (2) years of specific experience in operational logistics planning and management.
Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
