Job summary

Naval Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Readiness Cell Analyst to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 & EA-18G Program Office.

The role requires deep NAMP knowledge and expertise with maintenance data systems to forecast performance and drive readiness improvements. The ideal candidate will analyze trends using SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau, and communicate insights across NAE stakeholders including NAVAIR PMAs, FRCs, and squadron maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FTE experience in acquisition or operational logistics support.
• 4 years directing acquisition or logistics managers for comprehensive analysis across IPS elements.
• 4 years of DoD logistics support, including planning, scheduling, and system effectiveness evaluations.
• 2 years of operational logistics planning and management.
