The role emphasizes an automation mindset, SDLC leadership, accessibility, performance, and secure, scalable web apps, with opportunities to create AI-assisted workflows and internal tooling.

Qualifications

• Frontend and backend skills in React and Node.
• Experience on moderate to large web monoliths.
• Experience delivering projects through full life cycle.
• Proficient in Agile delivery processes.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive innovation.
• Understanding of healthcare/ science domains a plus.
• Automation mindset to build tools and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain React front end and Node.js back end.
• Ensure seamless client-server integration for scalable, secure apps.
• Build UIs for large monoliths and micro-frontends with accessibility and performance in mind.
• Implement and optimize UI components aligned to enterprise design systems.
• Lead projects through the full SDLC from requirements to deployment.
• Ensure high-quality releases via CI, reviews, and automated tests.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring work using internal tools or AI workflows.
