Job summary

Take a Seat Tech, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Senior React Native Engineer to develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps for patients and care teams. You will own the mobile lifecycle from architecture to releases, ensuring secure, reliable performance across devices and OS versions.

You will integrate HealthKit and Google Health Connect, collaborate with product and backend teams, and drive security and compliance with healthcare regulations while delivering high-quality features

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and modern React practices.
• Experience integrating health data APIs such as HealthKit and Google Health Connect.
• Familiarity with mobile build pipelines, CI/CD, and release management.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and handling sensitive health data.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
