Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern frontend development, including React and TypeScript, with experience building internal tooling or platform UIs.
• Hands-on experience with modern CSS techniques and responsive design.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, security, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Applies SDLC tools to improve automation and value.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize and improve software applications and systems.
• Designs platform capabilities to support journey operations, including journey simulation and testing.
• Develops an intent-orchestration layer enabling natural-language assembly of journeys and UI tooling.
• Partners with Product and LOB stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive UI experiences.
• Contributes reusable component patterns and advocates modern frontend tools and standards.
