Job summary

Oracle's OCI AI Infrastructure team seeks a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate large-scale RDMA/RoCE fabrics across a global cloud footprint. You will drive automation, runbook development, and cross-team collaboration to ensure reliable, scalable networking for OCI’s AI and HPC workloads.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with program managers, and lead incident analyses while contributing to architecture decisions and tooling enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and operating large-scale RDMA/RoCE network fabrics in a cloud environment.
• Strong automation skills to operate a production network environment and develop tooling.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead network projects from design to execution.

Responsibilities

• Participate in network lifecycle management and project milestones.
• Develop and document runbooks and procedures for network changes.
• Lead post-event root cause analyses and remediation efforts.
• Create automation scripts to optimize routine network tasks and reliability.
• Collaborate with vendor teams to resolve firmware and software issues.
