Job summary

Oracle's AI Infrastructure - Network Operations team at OCI is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and operate RDMA/RoCE fabrics for OCI's AI and HPC customers. You will join a global cloud environment, supporting hundreds of thousands of devices and a mix of backbone and Internet connectivity.

As a senior engineer, you will lead network changes, develop runbooks, mentor juniors, and coordinate with automation teams to enhance tooling and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, deploying and operating large-scale RDMA/RoCE fabrics in a cloud environment.
• Ability to develop new runbooks and procedures and mentor junior engineers.
• Experience with network automation to support production environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in network lifecycle management including builds and upgrades.
• Lead technical projects and drive roadmap issues.
• Coordinate with automation services for tooling development and integration.
• Provide break-fix support and incident remediation; lead post-event root cause analyses.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to SOPs and runbooks.
