Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a senior RCSA specialist to strengthen the risk framework within the Personal Wealth division. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and executing the Risk and Control Self Assessment process to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and maintain robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Eight years of related work experience or more.
• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute the RCSA lifecycle for Personal Wealth.
• Identify and assess risks including fraud, cyber risk, AML/OFAC, conduct, model, privacy, and third‑party risk.
• Evaluate internal controls and supporting operations, regulatory reporting, and customer interactions.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries, and risk profiles for governance bodies and regulators.
• Educate and partner with risk, compliance, audit, and line teams on RCSA requirements.
