Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking an experienced RCSA program leader to develop and execute end‑to‑end risk and control activity for the Personal Wealth division. You will drive workshops with business leaders, map risks to processes, and establish standardized methodologies across first‑line teams.

You will partner with risk, compliance, internal audit, and frontline teams to ensure robust controls, governance reporting, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise‑level control initiatives across multiple business lines.
• Designs and implements scalable control frameworks ensuring regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Provides strategic guidance on risk identification, measurement, and mitigation.
• Drives continuous improvement and aligns control strategy with risk tolerance and business objectives.
• Builds partnerships with senior stakeholders across business, risk, compliance and audit functions.
