Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Specialist / Associate Director / Director, RCM - Solutions (Flow). You will shape and scale Innovaccer's Flow Solution across enterprise accounts, engaging C-level stakeholders to drive large-scale RCM transformation.

You'll combine deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise with strategic problem-solving and commercial acumen to design modernization roadmaps and accelerate adoption of our Flow Solution in leading health systems and networks.

Formación

• 7–12+ years in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record in driving growth and large-scale RCM transformation.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations and analytics.
• Excellent executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise sales or consulting focused on financial performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic growth by identifying and closing enterprise RCM transformation opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting to align with customer goals.
• Design RCM roadmaps, ROI models, and guide implementation and adoption.
• Lead executive-level deal discussions and drive revenue with enterprise customers.
• Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings and industry events.
