Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Specialist / Associate Director / Director RCM – Solutions (Flow / RCM) to drive growth across enterprise healthcare accounts. You will shape modernization roadmaps, engage C-level stakeholders, and scale adoption of the Flow solution with strong commercial leadership.

You will mentor teams, align cross-functional partners, and lead high-impact transformation initiatives, delivering measurable ROI and performance gains.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation.
• Proven growth track record and leadership of large-scale RCM transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Strong executive presence with CFO/COO/CIO engagement.
• Experience in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting for financial performance.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business with enterprise accounts.
• Partner with CFOs, COOs, CIOs to optimize financial performance and operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting to align goals.
• Design RCM roadmaps, ROI models, and adoption strategies.
