Innovaccer Inc. seeks a Senior Solutions Specialist / Associate Director / Director RCM – Solutions (Flow / RCM) to drive growth across enterprise healthcare accounts. You will shape modernization roadmaps, engage C-level stakeholders, and scale adoption of the Flow solution with strong commercial leadership.

You will mentor teams, align cross-functional partners, and lead high-impact transformation initiatives, delivering measurable ROI and performance gains.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation.
• Proven growth track record and leadership of large-scale RCM transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Strong executive presence with CFO/COO/CIO engagement.
• Experience in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting for financial performance.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen.
• Hands-on, collaborative leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or engineering; MBA preferred.

We’re looking for Senior Solutions Specialist / Associate Director / Director RCM – Solutions (Flow / RCM) to join our high-impact Growth and Solutions leadership team. In this role, you will shape and expand Innovaccer’s Flow Solution business across strategic enterprise accounts, working directly with C-level stakeholders to drive large-scale RCM transformation initiatives.

You’ll combine deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise with strategic problem-solving and commercial acumen to build trusted partnerships, design modernization roadmaps, and scale adoption of Innovaccer’s Flow Solution across leading healthcare organizations.

A Day in the Life

• Lead Strategic Growth: Own the expansion of Innovaccer’s Flow (RCM) business by identifying, shaping, and closing enterprise transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and Revenue Cycle leaders—helping them optimize financial performance and operational efficiency through Innovaccer’s RCM capabilities.
• Solution Leadership: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align Innovaccer’s Flow Solution with customer goals and enterprise challenges.
• Value-Based Advisory: Design RCM transformation roadmaps, create compelling ROI and performance improvement models, and guide organizations through implementation and adoption.
• Commercial Ownership: Lead executive-level deal discussions, structure partnerships, and drive revenue growth across enterprise healthcare customers.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Innovaccer in executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions to showcase our approach to RCM modernization and performance excellence.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers to strengthen Innovaccer’s delivery capability and client impact.
• Voice of the Market: Bring back insights from the field—informing product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy to ensure Innovaccer’s Flow Solution remains best-in-class.

What You Need

• 7-12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments.
• Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations—including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics.
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, Revenue Operations leaders).
• Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement.
• Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen—able to link technology and workflow automation to measurable business value.
• Hands‑on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
