Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Manager, RCM Client Success to lead a team of Enterprise Client Advisors, Client Advisors, and Leads. You will ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction across RCM specialties, driving retention and growth.

As a key liaison with senior leadership, you will identify KPI opportunities, coach staff, and scale operations across verticals, while maintaining strong client relationships and strategic account management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client-success or account-management teams.
• Background in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a distributed team.
• Strong collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members: Enterprise Client Advisors, Client Advisors, and Leads.
• Support assigned RCM Specialties and ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve client KPI metrics.
• Coach and develop team members to improve client operations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to scale verticals.
• Drive client retention, growth and long-term relationships through strategic account management.
