Qualifications

• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis; experience with Tableau for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end KPI development and governance for RCC Operations with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build reporting infrastructure and real-time visibility into performance trends.
• Translate business needs into analytical requirements, data models, and dashboards for executives.
• Partner with Data Engineering to maintain scalable data models and trusted data.
