Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA, seeks an experienced WW Business Operations Analytics Manager to own worldwide analytics for RCC, including GenAI performance measurement, strategic leadership reporting, and the global narrative for executives.

You will lead a team of data scientists and analysts, partner with engineering, product, and operations, and build frameworks to evaluate containment, resolution quality, and customer experience across voice and chat channels.

Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience, including building, developing, and scaling analytics teams.
8+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, operations, management consulting, or equivalent.
Experience defining performance metrics and measurement frameworks for new programs or technologies.
Strong familiarity with analytics tools and languages (SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake).
Effective communication and storytelling skills for senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead GenAI performance measurement frameworks across GenAI solutions for RCC globally.
Drive strategic analysis and deep dives across product, operations, and strategy.
Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team (AMR Analytics, data scientists, analysts).
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, Optimization, and Geo Field Leadership teams.
Own the WW performance management cadence and the consolidated WW business narrative.
Drive modernization initiatives and data foundation improvements for scalable analytics.
