Apple Inc. is seeking a Manager for Americas Reseller Operations to lead the Customer Support Account Management function in the Americas region from Austin, TX.

The role focuses on scaling operational support for channel partners, delivering analytics-driven insights, and influencing senior leadership with strategic plans. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in supply chain operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across Sales, Finance, SDM, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven supply chain experience in planning, demand fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting, or sales operations.
• Experience in reporting, data mining, and utilizing analytics tools to support decisions.
• Strong written communication and presentation abilities; able to influence across all levels up to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and analysts focused on CPFR with key channel partners.
• Develop data-driven strategies and use analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Aggregate channel insights and present to senior executive leadership on a weekly basis.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with regional/global Sales, Finance, SDM, and Logistics to align plans with sales requirements.
• Identify and lead process and system improvements within Americas Operations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain toward Carbon Neutrality.
