Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven supply chain experience in planning, demand fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting, or sales operations.
• Experience in reporting, data mining, and utilizing analytics tools to support decisions.
• Strong written communication and presentation abilities; able to influence across all levels up to executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of account managers and analysts focused on CPFR with key channel partners.
• Develop data-driven strategies and use analytics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Aggregate channel insights and present to senior executive leadership on a weekly basis.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with regional/global Sales, Finance, SDM, and Logistics to align plans with sales requirements.
• Identify and lead process and system improvements within Americas Operations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain toward Carbon Neutrality.
