You will serve as the analytical backbone for Retail Customer Care performance and translate business needs into data solutions that drive real-time visibility and measurable outcomes. You’ll own end-to-end KPI development, partner with Data Engineering to maintain data models, and deliver self-serve dashboards for executives and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years in analytics or ML.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into data models and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and govern RCC KPIs and performance metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to align definitions and reporting infrastructure.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and deliver self-serve dashboards for execs.
• Define data requirements; collaborate with Data Engineering on models.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align analytical priorities.
• Champion data quality, governance, and data-driven decision-making.
