Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and center-based settings.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, collaborate with BCBAs and families, and support skill-building while maintaining clear communication and following clinical guidance.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document data accurately.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to continuous learning.
