Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or supply chain preferred
• 2–5 years in a high‑performance manufacturing facility or supply planning, cosmetics preferred
• SAP experience preferred; Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proven ability to develop short- and long-range plans and work with cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage flow of raw materials from vendors to manufacturing operations
• Analyze raw material inventory levels and escalate risks promptly
• Manage inventory at offsite locations and ensure adequate stock at the plant
• Review supply planning parameters and monitor inventory and delivery reports
• Identify expiring materials and resolve rejected or obsolete materials
• Mitigate short‑term production risks with suppliers to meet needs
• Lead monthly at‑risk meetings with cross‑functional teams to mitigate risks
• Manage relationships with raw material suppliers and monitor KPIs
• Reconcile inventory and invoice discrepancies
