Sage is seeking a Ramp Accelerator for its BDR team in a hybrid Atlanta role. You will drive a scalable ramping process, coach new hires, and track milestones to accelerate time-to-productivity.

This is a high-impact, data-driven position designed to standardize ramp milestones and ensure a strong onboarding experience post-orientation. You will partner with Enablement and BDR Leadership to align content hand-offs, set clear expectations, and optimize ramp performance using data.

This role is essential to accelerating time-to-productivity, standardizing ramp milestones, and ensuring a high-touch onboarding experience post-orientation. The Ramp Accelerator will be a key player in developing our next generation of top-performing BDRsThis hybrid position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City Market) office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday each week.Key Responsibilities• Own and optimize the BDR ramp framework from post-orientation to full productivity.• Deliver structured daily coaching, milestone tracking, and performance accountability for new BDR hires.• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement and BDR Leadership to align content hand-offs, role expectations, and skill progression.• Leverage performance data to continuously refine the ramp experience and improve onboarding KPIs.• Act as the primary development lead for new hires until they fully transition to the core BDR team.• Implement tools and cadences to maintain visibility into ramp performance and ensure consistent execution in a virtual environment.What You Bring to the Company• A proven track record in BDR ramp acceleration, sales enablement, and early-career rep development.• A plug-and-play skillset that allows for immediate impact with minimal onboarding.• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence in a remote capacity.• A metrics-driven mindset with a passion for building scalable systems that drive measurable results.• Deep familiarity with BDR operations, onboarding best practices, and performance coaching frameworks.Perks?
