Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to elevate partner performance by building sales, solution, and customer success capabilities. You will serve as the enablement lead for an assigned portfolio of partners, aligning with partner leaders and Sage stakeholders to accelerate readiness and revenue growth.

This hybrid role requires three days onsite at Sage offices. You will develop scalable enablement assets, coach sales and pre-sales teams, and measure impact across pipeline,

Job Description The Senior Partner Enablement Manager - Sales & Solution Readiness is responsible for increasing partner performance by developing the sales, solution, and customer success capabilities required to grow Sage product revenue. This role serves as the primary enablement lead for an assigned portfolio of partners, helping partner teams build the knowledge, skills, confidence, and behaviors needed to successfully sell, position, implement, and support Sage solutions.Working closely with partner sales representatives, Solution Consultants, implementation teams, customer success resources, and Sage stakeholders, this role develops and executes enablement strategies that accelerate partner readiness, improve activation of certified resources, increase pipeline generation, and drive stronger customer outcomes.The role serves as the bridge between learning and business execution, ensuring partners can effectively apply training, certifications, and best practices in real customer engagements. Success is measured through increased partner capability, improved sales performance, faster certification-to-activation rates, higher partner engagement, stronger customer adoption, and revenue growth.This role is hybrid, three days per week onsite in one of the Sage offices.Key Responsibilities Own Partner Enablement & Readiness Strategy• Develop and execute enablement plans for an assigned portfolio of partners.• Align enablement programs to partner growth objectives, sales priorities, and customer success outcomes.• Identify skill, knowledge, and performance gaps impacting partner success and develop plans to address them.• Drive adoption of Sage enablement programs, learning pathways, tools, and resources.• Serve as a trusted advisor to partner leadership teams on readiness, capability development, and performance improvement.• Create scalable enablement strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.Accelerate Sales Readiness & Field Effectiveness• Coach partner sales and pre-sales teams on consultative selling, discovery, value-based conversations, and solution positioning.• Improve partner ability to identify customer challenges and align Sage solutions to business outcomes.• Increase sales confidence through practical application, coaching, role-play, and customer scenarios.• Reinforce best practices for pipeline development, opportunity progression, executive conversations, and competitive differentiation.• Support partners in converting learning into revenue-generating activity.• Improve activation and utilization of certified partner resources.Build Solution Confidence & Customer-Facing Skills• Coach Solution Consultants and customer-facing teams on delivering compelling demonstrations and business-focused presentations.• Improve partner ability to communicate value throughout the customer lifecycle.• Help partners connect product capabilities to customer business needs and measurable outcomes.• Support development of implementation readiness, onboarding, adoption, and customer engagement best practices.• Strengthen partner effectiveness in customer-facing conversations that drive trust, adoption, and long-term success.Deliver High-Impact Enablement Programs• Design and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and digital enablement experiences.• Deliver workshops, onboarding programs, office hours, readiness sessions, and coaching engagements.• Create role-based learning journeys for sales, pre-sales, implementation, and customer success audiences.• Develop scalable enablement assets including playbooks, guides, learning paths, talk tracks, and best-practice resources.• Leverage digital enablement platforms to support continuous learning and reinforcement.Support Strategic Growth Initiatives• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and partner growth initiatives.• Provide coaching and guidance for key customer engagements, demonstrations, and executive presentations.• Support partner business planning and capability development efforts.• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams to align enablement priorities with business objectives.• Help partners establish repeatable processes that improve sales execution and customer outcomes.Measure Readiness & Business Impact• Assess partner readiness through certifications, skill validations, coaching observations, and practical application.• Track enablement effectiveness through partner engagement, activation, and performance metrics.• Evaluate business impact across pipeline growth, win rates, productivity, adoption, and revenue contribution.• Conduct partner reviews focused on capability development and business performance.• Provide recommendations that improve partner effectiveness and accelerate growth.Required Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, Channel Enablement, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or related roles.• Experience working with VARs, resellers, channel partners, or partner ecosystems.• Strong understanding of consultative selling, partner development, and customer lifecycle best practices.• Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes.• Proven ability to coach sales, pre-sales, and customer-facing teams.• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to translate product knowledge into customer value and sales effectiveness.• Demonstrated ability to influence partner performance without
