Responsibilities

• Lead RAM analyses and system safety analyses for aircraft and mechanical subsystems.
• Create RAM allocations and ensure RAM integration into products.
• Perform FMECA and Fault Tree Analyses as required.
• Execute FRACAS and track corrective actions with vendors.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide design guidance.
• Translate requirements into functional RAM specifications.
