Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA is seeking a Reliability Engineer II for an onsite role within the Life Cycle Engineering team. The engineer will support RAM/FRACAS activities, conduct RAM analyses, FMECA/FDFI, and develop RAM requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable, maintainable, and timely product delivery.

Candidates should have a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of MTBF/MTBCF, RAM metrics, and strong analytical and presentation

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Failure Analysis, Reliability, and FRACAS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RAM analyses, including reliability and maintainability predictions.
• Perform FMECA/FDFI analyses and generate RAM results.
• Develop RAM requirements and review field failure data.
