Job summary

REGENT Craft Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior RAM Engineer to build RAM program for Viceroy, including reliability predictions, FMECA, and maintenance planning. You will partner with Systems Engineering, Certification, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure reliability drives safety and producibility.

This is a hands-on role across disciplines, requiring MSG-3/RCM and FRACAS experience. If you thrive at the intersection of cutting-edge maritime-aerospace tech and real-world impact,

Qualifications

• RAM engineering experience for safety-critical systems.
• Experience developing scheduled maintenance programs.
• Experience with RAM methods: reliability prediction, FMECA, FMEA, Weibull.
• Experience FRACAS and data-driven reliability improvements.
• Familiarity with ARP4761 and ARP4754A and their role in system safety and certification.

Responsibilities

• Build RAM program including reliability predictions and FMECA.
• Develop maintenance program using MSG-3/RCM.
• Coordinate RAM work with Systems Engineering, Certification, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Lead FRACAS and root-cause investigations to closure.
• Scale RAM processes as production ramps up.
