RTX seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer for an on-site role in Woburn, MA. You will perform RAM analyses, reliability predictions, and RAM allocation to ensure safe, maintainable systems across the lifecycle.

The position requires U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. You will review field data, support FRBs/TIMs, and collaborate across Sustainment and engineering teams to deliver dependable radar solutions.

Qualificações

• Typically requires a STEM degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Failure Analysis, Reliability, and FRACAS concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct RAM analyses and reliability/maintainability predictions.
• Perform FMECA and FDFI analyses.
• Generate RAM models and Reliability Block Diagrams (RBDs).
• Define/allocate RAM requirements and review field failure data.
• Assess MTBF, MTBCF, Ao and interpret data to support requirements.
• Provide RAM input to program meetings and collaborate cross-functionally.
