Job summary

RTX in US MA TEWKSBURY is seeking a Life Cycle Engineer to ensure RAM, reliability and maintainability of complex defense systems throughout their lifecycle.

You will analyze RAM, RCCA, FMECA, FRACAS data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support program leaders from conception to deactivation. This onsite role requires a US security clearance and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar STEM major obtained by start date.
• Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform RAM analyses including MTBF/MTTR and RAM Modelling.
• Assess production and field failures and determine root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
• Support FRACAS tasks by analyzing failure data and investigations.
• Develop and maintain supportability analyses and provisioning data.
• Collaborate with cross-product teams including Chief Engineers and Program Managers.
• Apply advanced logistics principles to develop complex program level concepts and plans.
• Provide support for proposal development and BOE writing.
