Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a mid-level engineer in a fast-growing tech company.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, Stimulus, and SQL/Postgres.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Codex.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined area of the codebase and deliver production-grade features.
• Support and mentor a team of junior engineers.
• Maintain a healthy codebase with disciplined testing and refactoring.
