Job summary

CentralReach, a leading ABA and IDD care software provider, seeks a senior full‑stack engineer to shape technical direction and deliver scalable systems. You will work on back‑end APIs and data flows with a focus on performance, while building modern front‑end experiences in React and TypeScript.

You will mentor teammates, lead end‑to‑end projects, and apply AI tools responsibly to improve engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of full‑stack development experience with Ruby on Rails as a core strength.
• Experience with React, 5+ years preferred.
• Experience leading end‑to‑end projects and mentoring engineers.
• Fluent with AI development tools and evaluating where AI adds value.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical direction on the Essentials squad and stay hands‑on in Rails/TypeScript/React.
• Lead by example: write clean, maintainable code and conduct thoughtful reviews.
• Design and optimize back‑end systems, APIs, and data flows for performance and reliability.
• Build modern front‑end experiences using React/TypeScript/CSS and scalable architecture.
• Collaborate with product/design/QA to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor peers, guide architectural decisions, and manage project delivery end‑to‑end.
