Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Lynnwood, WA, seeks a Systems Integration Manager - Rail & Transit to lead system integration on rail projects. You will develop the integration plan, manage interfaces between stakeholders, and ensure subsystem compatibility.

This role blends engineering leadership with project management, risk identification, and quality control. Mentoring engineers and potentially acting as project manager for routine to semi‑complex assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems integration in the rail industry.
• BS or MS in Engineering.
• P.E. license preferred; INCOSE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the system integration plan for the project in compliance with requirements.
• Manage interfaces between stakeholders and resolve conflicts between interfaces.
• Define the system integration test strategy and supervise testing.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigations for system engineering processes.
