Job summary

TYLin is a globally recognized infrastructure firm seeking a Project Controls Manager in the Rail and Transit sector. You will oversee project accounting, financial reporting, and KPI tracking for NY/NE, coordinating with Sector Managers, project managers, and subconsultants.

You will develop project setup, implement EVMS, and support contract administration while ensuring profitability and timely invoicing. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance or engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of similar or related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and/or project accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of A/E/C financial systems and business dashboards preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project accounting and financial operations reporting for NY/NE sector.
• Track and report A/R and WIP for the NY/NE area.
• Prepare input for forecasting and planning for the NY/NE area.
• Review and track KPIs for the NY/NE area.
• Support pricing and capture processes.
• Coordinate month-end close and ensure accurate revenue and financial performance.
• Develop project financial tracking and EVMS implementations with PMs.
