Job summary

TYLin is a global infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Project Controls Manager for the Rail and Transit Sector. The role interfaces with Sector Manager, Project Managers and Accountants to oversee project accounting and financial operations reporting, coordinating with clients and subconsultants on administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business/finance or engineering with 10+ years in finance or project accounting, and 5+ years in related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or engineering is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of similar or related work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and/or project accounting.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.

Responsibilities

• Manage project accounting and financial operations reporting for NY/NE sector.
• Track A/R and WIP for the NY/NE area.
• Prepare input for financial forecasting and planning for the NY/NE area.
• Review KPIs and project performance/budget analysis.
• Support billing, invoicing, and DSO reduction.
