Job summary

TYLin is seeking a Project Controls Manager in the Rail and Transit Sector to oversee project accounting and financial operations reporting. The role interfaces closely with Sector Managers, Project Managers and Accountants to coordinate administrative tasks for NY/NE projects.

You’ll drive forecasting, KPI reviews, and project financial tracking, leveraging EVM to assess performance and collaborate with clients and subconsultants to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance and/or project accounting.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of dashboards.

Responsibilities

• General finance matters in support of NY/NE Sector Manager.
• Tracking and status of A/R and WIP for NY/NE area.
• Preparation of input for financial forecasting and planning.
• Review and tracking of KPIs for the NY/NE area.
• Support of pricing and capture processes.
