Job summary

RailWorks seeks a Superintendent to oversee railway track construction and maintenance projects. You will manage workers, materials, and equipment, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining strong client relations.

This role requires overseeing on-site and office activities, reviewing drawings and contracts, and coordinating with project teams to drive timely, within-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• High School graduation plus post-secondary training in a related field or equivalent.
• 7+ years of construction experience, railway experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project controls, material management, contract management, subcontract management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of railway track construction and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, budget, and schedule.
