The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in OCS construction and project management, with strong leadership, planning, and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in OCS construction and management.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Proven leadership and team motivation.
• Track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong client relations and influencing skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
